Charters
The Dana Leann:
 Welcome aboard the Dana Leann. She is a custom built, all aluminum
Pilot House design. She was built by
Sea Wolf Marine in Sept of 2001 and measures 32 feet (LOA).
She was built around a plush interior, yet still allowing for
maximum deck space for your fishing or sightseeing pleasure.
The cabin is heated and
well ventilated along with a completely enclosed restroom. You
will find comfortable seating along with a full galley.
The Dana Leann is equipped
with the latest electronics and navigation equipment; GPS chart
plotter, radar, color fish finder / sonar, VHF radios and Coast
Guard approved safety equipment.
The Dana Leann has sealed
air chambered floatation through out the vessel and is powered
by a turbo charged diesel engine that easily allows the Dana
Leann to cruise at speeds over 30 knots. She also boasts over
15 feet of aft deck space including an over sized swim platform,
large fish hold, 12 rod holders, rigging / fish cleaning station,
trolling motor, aft steering station and a inflatable with kicker
for shore excursions.

The Captain:
 Captain Shaw Patterson holds a 100 ton Coast Guard Masters License,
and has been fishing the waters of Kodiak for over a decade.
He also has been running Coast Guard rescue boats for over 20
years including the waters off Oregon and Washington. He is
a fully licensed professional, and is insured for your comfort
and safety.
The Fish:
 The
Kodiak waters enjoy an abundance of halibut. We target 40 - 150 lb
halibut. However, we support the safe release of fish over 150 lbs.
Catching large halibut can be exciting, but medium sized fish are great
fun and make for excellent table fare. We can also arrange to have your
halibut tail mounted as a personalized trophy. We also enjoy targeting Kodiak's abundance of King
Salmon with fish averaging 20 to 30 pounds with numerous fish
exceeding 40 pounds. Kodiak's King Salmon availability lasts
all season long.

What to Bring:

Fishing Licenses (we will assist you in getting your license).

Camera (if you want - there are always great photos to take).

Rain gear (some gear is provided, but you are encouraged to
bring your own).

Sun screen

Motion sickness medicine, take as directed (better safe than
sorry).

Will be based on the number of persons, lodging, saltwater boat
charters, and ATV adventures. Any additional info and package
